The parent/guardian results portal enables secure, read-only access to student performance using a registration number and selected academic period. It provides detailed report views including subject-level marks, grades, remarks, aggregate scores, and class position, with options to print or download standardized result slips. Access is strictly controlled to ensure student data privacy and prevent unauthorized browsing.

The teacher dashboard focuses on structured mark entry and tracking. Teachers can view assigned classes and subjects, input marks across multiple assessment components (e.g., CATs, exams), save drafts, and submit final scores for review. The system enforces validation rules, supports weighted calculations, and provides progress indicators to ensure completeness before submission.

The academic admin dashboard centralizes result processing and validation. Administrators can monitor submission status across all classes, combine marks from multiple subjects, apply configurable grading schemes, compute class rankings, and attach personalized remarks.
